The Trip To The Mall

Today is a beautiful day the sun is out and shining. I am going to the mall today with my friends at 1:00 PM. It is 12:30 I am eating lunch. I can’t wait!! I have a few questions roaming threw my head. What should I wear? What will I buy? Where should we go first? It is 1:00 and I am on my way to the mall. As we pulled into the mall I saw all of my friends outside waiting for me. My mom says
“I will be back around 4:00 so be ready"
I said "ok mom I will be here at 4:00 on the dot".
We walk in the mall and none of us know where we want to go so we just started walking if we saw a store we like we would go in. So we went into American Eagle first. It was really crowded. So we decided to say together threw out the store. Everyone bought a pair of sweat pants and jeans. Next we went into Aeropostale. It was twice as crowed and American Eagle. I walked in and all of the sudden a hand is placed over my mouth and I was lifted off the ground by two teenage boys. I try to scream for help but no one can hear me because their hand is still over my mouth. For as crowed as the mall is no one resizes that if am being kidnapped. We get out side of the mall and they put me inside of a car.
I screamed “Please! Ple-e-e-ease! Please Let Me Out Go!!!”
All they did was laugh. I was in a car with four teenage boys. I was scared. I knew I had my cell phone on me but I did not want them to see me with it and take it because that was my only way of getting help. So I just sat there in silence until we pulled into an old rundown scary place. All I thought was I'm scared. They pulled me out of the car and told me to fallow. I knew I could not run because they were probably faster than me and I did not know where I was. So I did not move I don’t want to go anywhere with them. They looked back in anger. Two of the four came back and carried me into the building. It was a cold and dark area.
I asked them one question "What are you going to do with me"?
They looked at each other and smiled they all said “nothing.”
I was confused.
They explained "We are going to keep you here in a room until we figure that out. “
They put me in a room that has all glass walls so they could see me at all times. All I could think of is how am I going to call my mom and let her know where I am and to get help. So I started to text her.
I said "That I was kidnapped at the mall I need help I don’t know where I am so call the police. Get help". She responded don’t worry we will find you. The police tracked my phone and in a few hours they found me. They boys were arrested and I was safe. I called my friends and told them what had happened to me and that I am ok now. They were all relived that I was ok. That was the last time I went to the mall without an adult.

The Foggy Night

I went out to dinner with my family last night. Then we went back to my moms boy-friends house. I went in his car with Jeremy, Joey, Jacob, and Phil. It was a dark foggy night. We were on our way home from Denny’s and we could barely see three feet in front of us. It got worse and worse as we kept driving. Phil is low on gas. We are praying that we will get home be for we run out.

Tow miles later we come down to a slow stop. A few minuets later we here three loud Bangs. We are all petrified. We have a swamp to our right and woods to our left, we are the only car on the road. No one in the car wants to move. The loud bang sounded like a gun. Phil rolls down his window and peeks out slowly to see if he can see any thing. He could only see a little due to how thick the fog was. He saw a shadow or something laying on the ground in front of the car and he saw little red spots splattered around it. He rolls up his window and starts to call the cops. First he explains that his car ran out of gas and he needs a tow truck and the he explains what we heard and what he had saw on the ground.

Ten minuets later the cops, Fire truck and ambulance arrived. The cops told us that is was a god thing that we did not get out of the car and try and push it or walk home because someone had gotten shot and killed in front of our car and we could only hear it because of the fog. When we got home we told my mom what had happened. She was a little scared at first. Then she said that she is just glad that every thing is ok.

Maija B.

When I first moved here. I had sat at the lunch table watching Maija. The only thought that went through my head was that I truly wanted be friends with her. A few weeks later cheerleading had started and we started talking and we became friends. Now from that day on we have been having sleepovers and just hanging out almost every weekend. Today she is my best friend.

The Third Level

“The Third Level”
Imagine being in a world where no one believes you. In the story “The Third Level” Charlie, the main character, found the third level at the Grand Central Station. This story This story is a romance that takes place in 1894.This story teaches and important lesson and this story reminds me of a story I heard about the Kramer family.
“The Third Level” is a romance. It starts off with his mild conflict and having no one believe him that there is a third level. When he tries to go and find it again he cant. He says he wants to escape and go home to his wife. The life affirming symbol is that when he is going threw a box of stamps he comes across a letter from his friend Sam who was also his psychiatrist. The letter said that he (Sam) found the third level. So his friend/psychiatrist believes him.

In the story “The Third Level” no one believes Charlie that he had found the third level. Due to no one believing him, he just wanted to escape. He wanted to go home to his wife. The lesson learned is that you don’t need to escape, You know what you saw. Like when some one does not believe me that I saw something or some one do something I get frustrated but I have no proof to prove it. I think that is how Charlie felt in the story.

This story reminds me of the Kramer family’s story that I heard from my teacher Mrs. Reagles. In the Kramer’s story they have seven kids. They rented to live in an old house that has the staircase to the attic in the closet. All the time the kids would go up there and put on old clothes they found or play with cool things they would find up there. When they moved out the owner remodeled the place put in new wall’s new siding on the house new windows etcetera. The owner invited the Kramer family back to see what he had done. All of the kids wanted to see what he did to the attic. When they opened the closet door there was no stair case it was all dry wall. They went back down stairs and said where is the attic? The owner was like what attic there is no attic. So if there was no attic where did they go. That is my main question. In the story “The Third Level” Charlie found a third level to the Grand Central Station. No one believed him just like the Kramer family no one believed them that there was an attic. When Charlie went to find the third level again he could not find it. Just like when the owner invited the Kramer family back they could not find the attic. So this story “The Third Level” reminded me of the Kramer family’s story I had heard.
This story “The Third Level” is a romance with an important lesson. Over all in this story I have learned that you don’t need to escape from something you know you saw.
